PRIVACY POLICY

You are in complete control of how we contact you.

We respect your privacy and you can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time, no questions asked. We do not share any of your details with third parties. You have the right to request access to the information we have about you and also request any info we may have to be deleted at any time. The only information we hold is provided by you. We ask for certain personal info to provide you with the products and services you request. Or simply name and email address for our  newsletters.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the preparatory work involved in our events and private sessions, we are only able to offer refunds up to 48hrs before the event, course or clairvoyant reading starts. Once the course, event or reading starts we cannot offer you your money back. 

If, however, a practitioner or facilitator were to cancel at any time, you will be refunded in full.

EVENTS

We will not allow anyone into sessions where we suspect they are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Our practitioners are within their rights to refuse service to anyone if they feel their session will not be conductive to the customers, or the practitioners own, physical, emotional, mental or overall wellbeing.

Our digital events are designed to be enjoyed live, the pricing of our events reflects this. We do offer recordings for some events and all online courses, these will be made available to paying attendees up to seven days after the event or course taking place.

We do not record any of the private readings.

PERSONAL LIABILITY

Please note that the clairvoyant readings, courses and events are not to be used in place of financial, medical or legal advice, nor should they be used in place of psychotherapy and/or counselling. If you are experiencing distress, severe mental or physical health issues, you are urged to seek professional advice via an alternative route. 

We have done our very best to ensure that the information provided on this website and the courses, events and readings we offer are accurate and provide valuable information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. Neither the Company, nor any of its owners or employees shall be held liable or responsible for any errors or omissions on this website or for any damage you may suffer as a result of failing to seek competent advice from a professional who is familiar with your situation.

The Think Emerald Community, hosted on Circle.so, is an extension of Think Emerald. Therefore the terms as outlined above are upheld in the Community as well. This includes the privacy policy, the refund policy, the personal liability terms and the creative ownership terms.

We may revise and update these terms from time to time at our sole discretion.
